      Flexible work environment. Great location, decent exposure and lots of responsibility if you choose to take it on.

      Cons

      Pay is not very competitive. Not a lot of guidance and the leadership can be a little flakey.

      Pay, flexible schedule, nice people, hours aren't terrible, no micromanagement

      Lack of management, no oversight, terrible benefits, no bonuses/raises, boring

      No supervision or leadership - good if you are a self starter.

      Cons

      Never saw owners and they didn't appear to be involved or present. Paychecks were late. Not sure how they stay in business or if they still are.
