      Coffee machine, friendly people, offer sessions on training/neurodiversity ect

      Cons

      Terrible pay and lack of pay increases for performance or length of service. Management are quite clichey and favouritism occurs when choosing professional development opportunities. Career opportunities are close to none, and training contract doesnt offer decent training or variety of seats

      -The receptionists -Friday bar -Varying work

      Cons

      -clicky -management had flavours of the month which often prevented those who had been loyal to the firm able to progress -terrible salary, like embarrassing to the point they lose very VERY good staff
