HORRIBLE - Management Jackson Lewis Employee Review

Treat people like trash They talk a good game about the culture and how it's friendly and everyone works together......I call total BS! The culture is one of blame and finger pointing. The managing partner in this office screams like a child. He treats everyone as if they were stupid because he's the smartest one in the room (in his mind). He throws temper tantrums and the fact that he is in a position of authority/responsibility is absurd.,,,,par for the course in this firm. Get it together. The firm should spend some time evaluating their leaders.
