If you get on the good side of the bosses they treat you really well. They knew I'd be graduating from college with a degree that didn't go with teaching and they worked with me when I was scheduling interviews.
Cons
They are unprofessional about somethings such as the way the held employee opinion surveys. They are supposed to be confidential but the directors numbered the surveys that way they would know what we wrote. It made all of us feel very uncomfortable.
