You must have excellent prioritization, organization, and delegation skills to succeed. - Introverts not always recognized as frequently as extroverts. - Very explicit hierarchy. Account Executives receive more information and cascading of information is inconsistent from manager to manager. - Limited room for upward mobility. - Top-Heavy organization. The hiring of directors & VPs means fewer core roles being filled.
