Pros
I searched for the best contractor that I could build a career with, and Jacobsen is by far the best fit. Raises and Bonuses are very consistent, but most importantly it's a great employee culture.
Cons
Health Insurance use to be 100% paid for by employer, now there is a small deduct from each paycheck. It's not much, but I really liked the thought of it all paid by the employer, it really set Jacobsen apart from a lot of other companies.
