Loved my job but poor management - Anonymous employee Jacobson Companies Employee Review

No support from direct management above us. So much favoritism. Hard to get answers when needed. Stopped 401K matching a couple of years ago. They tell us how well we're doing so why not implement again? Poor vacation and PTO schedule. Some of the worst communication I've ever encountered with an employer. Never did have a review and salary increase on time even though management was supposed to stay on schedule. I had to keep asking my manager when my review would happen. One year it was 7 months late and last year 4 months late.
