Cons
Compensation varies, but, definately lower pay scale, unless you get hired by your friend, then you get paid more than those who should have been promoted.
Management has NO respect nor do they care about the "LOWER" class employees.
Management does not take any advise from the employees.
They talk safety, but, it is just talk unless something happens, then it is YOUR fault.
Need repairs on your truck? Well that depends on whether they paid their bills. Most suppliers (vendors) will not extend credit anymore because the bills are not paid.
