Pros
Suitable for the people who are not on permanent payroll of other companies or who don’t have any job. Would get good initial pay. Lot of free time to relax A lot of Meaningless meetings just to pass time and calling them as Team Meetings.
Cons
Professional Growth would be compromised. Worst Middle Management and Finance team possible in any organization. People can’t handle team and work together. Worst ever facilities you can imagine(particularly Hyd). No seriousness from the higher management to improve the facilities, they just find some stupid answers on the fly to pacify the employees. The only thing running in the minds of better employees would be switching the job as soon as possible. Company has a probationary period of 6 months to confirm the employee. But, the employees take a maximum of the first 2 – 3 days to take the decision of leaving the company. To much internal politics just to survive in the company.
