- Great location with a nice view - Great people to work with they are smart, down to earth and supportive of each other and they know how to have fun when the time is right - Health and well being is important here, all the desks are height adjustable which means you can sit or stand. Most recently the company paid for everyone to go to a lunchtime yoga class. - Good team culture, everyone is encouraged to be themselves and there is always good office banter with Alexa playing tunes in the background. - In all my discussions with senior leaders so far, they have been respectful, have listened and provided thoughtful feedback - Great companies benefits - corporate health insurance, life insurance - I haven't been a part of the personal development stuff as I am still fairly new, but the process looks really fair and encourages high performance. - My manager always advocates for us, stands by our decisions, and is available to bounce ideas off - Collaboration has been so far really great despite the distance - I believe work is life and life is work, you don't really stop living when you get to work and I think this is a philosophy shared by colleagues in the Sydney office.
