Pros
Jaffer brothers is a great company to work with, one of the good sides of this company is firstly the location it's on main shahrah e Faisal, secondly we get our salaries by month end on time that's a big plus cause there are some companies which are not very particular in this regards and some people are very helpful but not all of them, the culture is decent but it really varies dept to dept and finally we do get Saturday off usually or its work from home during heavy loads
Cons
But if we talk about cons then there are some notable issues 1. The salary is well below the market average and growth is almost none like not exaggerating but i have seen people stuck on the same grade for 10+ years 2. Frequent late sitting and a lot of pressure in terms of work load and tight deadlines 3. minimum recognition/regards for any efforts because of these few highlighted issues I have seen a lot of people recently leaving jaffer for better opportunity and this is not just for one dept but almost all depts have seen this recently with the most notable being finance I believe Though on the contrary jaffer business is quite better in terms of work life balance and pay despite being a part of the same group
