Pros
- There are some decent employees in there who will work hard with you. They will also laugh just as hard with you because the Management here is a tragic comedy and the new rules and policies are often absolute joke. (Just like how they resorted to posting fake review here just to lure and deceive the naive people.) - If you are new, you will most likely be given opportunities to climb up the positions if you learn to angkat the Management's bolla (if any) properly. (The same opportunity will never be given to actual seasoned and contributing staff because the Management have a thing for the new and fresh)
Cons
- There are literally no upper management support. The community department are literally begging for staff and have to resort to posting fake reviews here to negate the actual honest reviews here. "Positive vibe"? What a joke. - Hostile work environment where the workplace bullying is allowed because the actual bully is the Management herself. Be prepared to be dehumanised and gossiped about by the Management. - The company has taken a nosedive in moral and no empathy to be found in upper management. - Zero appreciation for staff and this is why the company is stuck in this endless recruitment cycle. They treat their seasoned and loyal employees terribly and all of them have left/ are leaving. - Management asks for feedback and then humiliate or alienate people who stood up to provide honest opinion. Therefore, if you really wish to stay on in this company, it would be best to provide no feedback and simply agree with them. The Management are not matured enough to take criticism and would act out in spite.
