Cons
The owners surround them self's around a bunch liars that rely feedback based on personal agendas that really destroys the companies potential and demoralizes productive human capital. Great deal of counterproductive corporate politicos and favoritism. No matter how much results and value you bring in and how hard and smart you work, if you are not part of a certain 'clan", you will not get recognized, no moving up, no pay increase.. nothing! on the other hand you will move up if the only skill you have is deceiving are and part a certain race o,r nationality to be more specific.
