Some downsides with the people

Fair pay. Sad to think there aren't many positives to this company and working for it except for recognizing birthdays, and they don't recognize many American holidays, either.

Not a family supportive company. Male focus. Lets a female do all the work, provide all ideas and supporting information, and on the last detail before project closing, has a man step in and take all the credit. Puts workers through much stress. Stress causes sickness, time away from work, inability to focus, and medical challenges. Then, they let you go. Puts blame of every small thing that goes wrong on the woman assisting in the project. Sexist, and racially prejudice. Believe men's input over women's input, highers past convicts over known good workers, does not accommodate disabled, does not accommodate behavioral health victims.
