Pros
The employees there are very friendly giving the work environment a homely feeling.
Cons
The management staff are detached from lower cadre staff. Their remuneration is ridiculously higher than 70% of the work-force. Also, as a new financial institution, they are in a hurry to break even, forgetting that the average for such sectors is at least 2 years.
