I loved the team I was a part of! Everyone was welcoming, and they were always willing to help out when I needed help improving.

I wish I had more time to myself instead of always working.

Everyone here seems on the surface to be friendly and welcoming. I have not had time to form deep relationships with anyone yet, but I believe that most of the people here are good, and I have no doubt that everyone is ambitious and highly motivated. The positive energy is contagious, and i think it could be a fun workplace.

Massive turnover rates, Primarily young and inexperienced employee base, Ambiguous job listings / recruitment and website, Excessive repetition of company/industry jargon and acronyms, Sales and a greedy mentality is pushed (which is necessary, not really a con per se, but just so you know) I think that the things that are promised (such as advancement opportunities) are attainable, but I think the timeline that they give you when you start is heavily exaggerated and very few people actually stay that long or advance that far, which is a red flag.
