Pros
I wouldn't know, none that I saw.
Cons
Don't waste your time with an application, the HR Director is very rude and will play games with you. After I applied she texted me asking when in a two-hour window I wanted to interview. I replied saying that I was not available that day and asked when else would be available. She then waited three days until the day I said I would not be available (which was also a holiday btw) to text me saying "why can't you interview today?!" When I again said that I was not available that day she chastised me for not being available that day. I asked when else would be available and she did not respond for another three days. After those three days of silence she texted me again that she would "love to e-meet [me]" and asked when in a three hour window I was available. I chose a time in that window and she told me it was unavailable. When I asked her a basic question about the job she then waited another 24 hours before responding that "other candidates obviously answered and booked before you finally responded. We're going to pass." If that is acceptable behavior at this company, I don't think that this will be a good work environment, and I would advise that you don't waste a week texting with their HR director only to be treated so poorly. Save you time and apply somewhere else.
