Pros
Dedicated employees in different departments especially tech. Great learning place especially for young people. Great product/ solutions (can be better)
Cons
Unprofessionalism - starts from the HR department. From being clueless, gossipping juniors to unfair treatment of some employees if she doesn't like you. Not objective at all ,just biased and rewarding her friends. Late salaries with poor communication hence high turnover.
