>Small organisation and hence more visibility >If you are in sync with manager you could win things and move our pawn in right direction >No dress code >Good pay if you demand or if they really need your skills for them.
Cons
>Not really more smart people >Politics ruins the company >It was a good company once. But lost it vision and goes no where now >People become old and no space for new blood >Not much scope to work in real cloud applications/technologies >Office is almost going to drown >Strategy/vision of the company is not clear now.
