The senior manager treats people differently. If you don’t know how to speak well and talk back to her, she’ll squeeze you dry. If she likes you, even if you’re not that capable, you’ll still get plenty of time for your fieldwork and her support. Many people have been driven away by her. She never admits her own mistakes.

Flexi-work arrangement. Work from home on alternate week. All are treated like adults. No politics.
