Hands down the worst place I have ever worked, absolutely toxic from the top down, bitchiness and backstabbing is nearly encouraged, most staff have only ever worked in there so actually think this is normal. Trying to actually do a good job is impossible due to no support from anyone, they have a if you don't know just ask policy, but when you do ask some stone faced colleague you are made feel like dirt.
