Pros
Can perhaps be beneficial if you are looking for a low hour contract. However you will expected to work more than contracted. There is staff discount as a pro but hardly even worth mentioning. Think it was 10% however doesn't apply to any offers for example a meal deal is cheaper to buy without using your discount. Which is a great analogy for how poor of a company James Hall are in terms of how they look after staff.
Cons
Senior Management exceptionally poor. Will presume that you aren't aware of your contract and often expect you to work hours or situations that breach contract and employment law. Many time I was scheduled back to back shifts without the legal reequipment for rest times between shifts. Example finishing an 8hr shift at 10:45 and scheduled to start the following day at 5:45 for another 8hr shift. Is a result of poor management from senior and low level management. Zero progression and career opportunity although that is to be expected I suppose from many low skill retail work.
