      Basically self employed, you get out what you put in. Good shift patterns Successful business

      Cons

      Very demanding physically if you want to reach max performance. Unpredictable finish times = trouble for people who use public transport. Work on weekends. Management walk around shouting but do nothing unless more than half the shift is missing

      Lack of management, bullying amongst employees, manager has favourites, threating behaviour from staff that gets sweeped under the rug, employees never take turns on or off the tills, employees shouting and disrespecting others and managers
