Pros

Interesting work, Work from home

Cons

Trainers want you to lie about content of client's CV Trainers can be impatient and sometime harassing in their messages Trainers let you go once they decide you are either too smart for their mind games or you can't do more than 1 CV per day. It is all about making profits and not looking after their staff.

Pros

Work from home. Get as much work as you can manage. Set your own pace.

Cons

Very difficult to make enough to justify your time. I have been working in training mode, and basically the "training" is them showing you an example and then pointing out what you do wrong while you attempt to work with a client. There is not much creative thinking aside from attempting to rephrase prior experience. It has taken almost a week with every client working a few hours a day, meaning you are paid around 13 pounds for almost 6 hours of work. Perhaps I am just really bad at it, but I have been writing for over ten years and have never felt so discouraged at a job.
