Pros
Not any...however, when I started, I actually got to learn the special skills and trade of woodworking...but in the last year they changed the entire process and the craft was removed so that we became an assembly line and just another cog in the machine.
Cons
Where to begin. Leadership is beyond incompetent and treats the rest of the employees disrespectfully and even admitted that they want less workers but except more work to be completed. They make up policies for whatever suits them without sharing the policies or policy changes with employees. It's honestly sad, because it used to be a great place to work but now everyone has either left or is getting ready to leave due to frustration and the extremely toxic work environment.
