VERY flexible hours and understanding management. Corporate leadership is very helpful and friendly.

Everything is micromanaged from the corporate level. Policies are not set in stone/poor organization and communication; you will get a different story about how to handle a unique situation from practically everyone in leadership. Overall the company is very cheap, does not invest in property or employees.

Community within the office was good. Commission was kind of competitive. Working for them will teach you how to sell anything. (Seriously, if you can sell one of their properties, you can sell just about anything) If you like learning on your feet, it's a good place.

Non supportive management. Family owned company which means you WILL get put in the middle of their drama. Non competitive pay, will not give pay raises when they are due. Non competitive in the market. Will not listen to suggestions about the market, specials, or pricing. Will throw any associate under the bus to save face. Will take credit for any and all hard work. Will not promote from within. Meeting or exceeding goal was never enough. There are high levels of drama within office, management, and between properties solely because they have no guidelines about how you are to treat people or report issues to. There is no HR to report problems to. IF you report to the "regional manager" it will get swept under the rug.
