Cons
Growing pains can be real. Management is stretched thin at times because of this. As hiring continues, I imagine this should settle. People gripe about how things can be undefined in terms of their career outlook here, but in reality it's because the growth means new positions are constantly being created, so if you ride the wave and make your contributions known you'll find that the opportunities will find you within the company.
