      -Smaller company in comparison to other federal contractors that operate in the same spaces -Better salary (in my experience) for the same position than those provided by other contractors -Hands off approach by management, very little interaction

      Cons

      -Benefits package is okay -Health insurance costs are higher with this contractor than with others -Still growing as a company

      All in general from co-workers, staff, management, benefits, etc.

      Cons

      They are contract positions but we all know this. Jamison doesn't have control over the customer's decisions.
