      Pros

      Jamppers are good people to work with, specially those that are in the company for a few years already. Smart and proactive.

      Cons

      In 2023 all former leadership of Jampp was fired (including former Founders/CEO, COO, etc). After that, Affle took control, and things became weird. Hard to maintain the same culture.
