Pros
1. Leadership really does care. They listen to their employees and do their best to create an inclusive, fun and innovative environment. They are generous with work 'perks' like free lunches, taco trucks, Jan Kelley day etc. 2. Most of the people who work here are incredibly talented, kind and fun. 3. Leadership encourages an environment where everyone shares, learns and works together. You will learn SO much working here and have a great opportunity to grow professionally.
Cons
1. No leadership structure in the teams. Basically no one on the team is technically the 'boss' or 'leader'. This often lead to team members butting heads if they disagreed about something. 2. Gossip and bullying was the norm. Unfortunately there were a few people who worked here who loved to gossip about other team members. This fostered a toxic work culture. There was one particular woman who leadership knew was a problem (she regularly bullied other team members). Although they did confront her about her behavior, ultimately nothing was done because she is very good at her job and is a manipulative person. 3. Too many meetings that could have been an e-mail. Especially once the pandemic started. 4. If you are looking for a work/life balance this isn't the place for you. Overtime is the norm, and working during the weekends is the norm.
