Pros
Excellent work environment. Many great perks throughout the year. Great team; a lot of comradery; very positive environment. Great leadership throughout this very small organization, including a very engaged, forward-thinking president. Many opportunities to network and share best practices from any of the brands in the greater VF family.
Cons
SF Bay Area is the most beautiful place in the world, but the rents and real estate make this a challenging place to live. Compensation is fair for the outdoor/action sports industry, but obviously not the same as surrounding tech and bio companies.
