Pros
Work with good people who deserve a second chance. No layoffs or annual unpaid shut downs. If you want to work, they will hire you. You can learn on the job skills to take to a better paying company.
Cons
Low pay, no pay increases, the president is always walking around pointing out things you are doing wrong. Benefits are available but we cannot afford them due to the $9.00 per hour pay rate. I have been working for a year with no pay increase. My attendance and productivity are good. When I ask for a raise I am told that I have to make more parts to justify more money.
