Pros

Some good people, some good products, legacy brand name, neat history..

Cons

Whew where to start... the Leadership Team (C-Level Execs) are exponentially over employed and nothing short of an unmitigatged Disaster. Shortly after the company left prior ownership, they found a new owner that simply wants to make MONEY. The "Chief People Office" is a soulless robot that works to ensure his fellow C-level colleagues remain in place to extract the maximum compensation (golden parachutes and equity assurances) and benefits for their own person - every single other employee is surplus to these requirements. This guy ignored my requests for help, ignored the red flags I raised regarding business ethics and mental health, and then went behind my back to ensure my termination without abiding by any industry standard protocols. My own manager had No comparable experience and continues to run his business unit into the ground with absolutely no regard for customers who have been on board for Decades. His boss cannot complete a sentence without spewing "UH" and "UM" all over a presentation but somehow graduated from Harvard...? Complete Amateur Hour. The CEO is basically the Queen of England - a figurehead just waiting around for retirement to cash in. The person in charge, another recently hired C-level executive, seems to think he's Obi Wan Kenobi and literally makes things up on the fly to get through calls. His great idea is to simply charge customers more money for every data offering the company has and that's somehow the best way to service legacy customers during a global pandemic. An absolute Waste of 5+ years of my career. I recommend this organization to No job seeker and No prospective customer.

Pros

Janes takes a welcoming and deliberate approach to onboarding new employees. This includes a session for new employees to learn the history, values, and culture of the organization to make us stewards of those values. Organizations that can do that create loyal and engaged employees with a stake in the mission. It’s really well done at Janes!

Cons

The series of different engagements could be scheduled more effectively and efficiently.
