Janicki is a fixed mindset company that posts multiple company ‘values’ that sound amazing. Beware that these ‘values’ seem to actively apply only to individual contributors and not their entrenched ‘leadership’ that reports below the owners. Micro and macro aggressions exhibited daily by ‘leadership’, who are the aggressors, fuel a very toxic culture for individuals with self respect who can perceive what is actually happening. If you take a job with them that requires relevant experience, be prepared to have your intelligence insulted, be gaslit, and spoken ‘at’ while not being empowered to leverage your experience to perform the job that was posted on the job description to which you applied at the level to which you are qualified to work.
