This company is completely disorganized right out of the gate with their management. No clear direction and no true support. Getting on company meetings as a "leader" strung out is very unprofessional. Get a grip when you are presenting on camera. They need to stick with who they have and not bring on real talent that they do not deserve.

By the time you notice, it’s often too late. The growing disconnect between Janou and JP Search is highly evident, and the absence of a unified, authoritative process continues to hinder progress. Choose to work with a company that values your voice, respects the full desk recruiting model, and understands what it takes to build successful teams. Drop the two-faced leadership tactics. They undermine your credibility and damage internal trust. Clear, consistent communication isn’t optional it’s the foundation for results. Expecting miracles without showing up doesn’t work.
