The level of unprofessionalism is unbelievable. You have a room full of adults who can’t communicate, can’t align, and certainly aren’t leading anything. Getting on camera in front of the entire team while visibly strung out is unacceptable. Everyone sees it, and you should be embarrassed. It’s beyond unprofessional — it’s a liability. Use some of your paycheck and get the help you clearly need.

If you’re going to run a successful business, you need to operate on the same page. Telling someone one thing and then turning around and doing the opposite is unacceptable. It creates instability, discourages employees, and destroys any sense of value or trust in the workplace. No one wants to work in an environment that feels uneasy or unpredictable.
