      Generous pay and benefits, including summer Fridays

      Cons

      Most of the people who work there have been there for ages and don't recognize that there is any other way to do things other than the J&J way. Diversity in thinking and working is not welcome. Company claims to be a relationship-based culture, but it is VERY, VERY political.

      Pros

      They still offer a pension if you can stand it for five years

      Cons

      Pay is low. They changed directions frequently. Transferring within the company is almost impossible. Unless your division is laid off... then they will transfer you to avoid paying you severance.
