Mgmt is so political and backstabbing. Corporate JnJ people are slow as dirt and can't make decisions. Mgmt thinking is 20yrs old. not innovative at all and will not take risks. doesn't listen to more seasoned biotech people within their own company. doesn't belong in the bay area or biotech business
