There is nothing good about this company's workers except for the research they do.
Cons
The team will cause a rift if things are not done your way. The manager is an absolute psycho, spineless money seeking human-being. Even if you are better at doing your job it is their way or no way the established members will maintain their position and suffocate you out of the company.
