Pros
Good people, easy to move around, decent pay.
Cons
People work 24/7 and teams are way off balance. Some seem to coast with bloat while others are laughably understaffed. Understaffing leads to high stress and a lot of turn over. I’ve watched too many people already leave, it’s terrible.
