Terrible culture. - Marketing Janssen Employee Review

There is no spirit of inclusion or belonging. They cannot even get a safe covid vaccine out the door without hiccups every step of the way. Yet they dont realize how much of this is tied to poor culture and lack of belonging, inclusion and risk taking. They keep touting everything as progress and dont make the culture changes necessary to move forward!
