Pros
Good pay and benefits (good - not outstanding); pension for some; work from home allowed for some (not just COVID)
Cons
This used to be a great company. No more - it's a pit of vipers. The shadiness, backstabbing, down and dirty political maneuvering will absolutely kill any enthusiasm you have for your job in no time. They are going to make you want to cry every day. Unless you are truly a political animal, and absolutely love the endless parrying, just find a role elsewhere. Also, as other reviewers have said, the established employees actively try to drum out the newer employees, so you always have to be on your toes, looking for threats from all directions, and be prepared to defend yourself whenever you open your mouth to say anything to anyone. People will escalate you to your boss for stuff you did not do (they make it up, because there are no repercussions for them at all) behind your back, while to your face seeming to empathize with you. If it wasn't your boss's idea and your boss cannot co-opt it as his own, you're going to be in hot water. The CREDO is just lip service, especially for the "CREDO Champions."
