      Pros

      Innovative. Huge business opportunities in a market that is ripe for change. Great sales team and sales leadership – the VP Sales is a great guy, very motivational. CEO and brillian and very involved in our success. There are shared goals across the teams / there is a commitment to our success. Some exciting new products about to launch. The company is open to ideas and willing to change when necessary – I give them credit for that. My last company was stuck in a rut and failing because of it.

      Cons

      The market is tough right now, but changing for the better. We could use better sales support materials – some are good and others not so much. It would be helpful to have a technical resource of sales besides the CEO who is often busy. I have heard the Customer Service department used to be weak, but it is amazing now.

      Pros

      Great technology and place to work., great products, smart people. Opportunities to learn are everywhere. If you deliver you get recognized. Good management, practical and results-oriented. Ability to define your career. Driven. Serious, professional. Willing to make the difficult calls to improve the company. There are some very innovative products to work on. If you are a good department, which I am, all these are true: everyone is passionate about developing (coding) the product, we get some hands on experience, we get to use all the good tools and learn a lot from customers.

      Cons

      There is not enough said about the good things the company has developed – no press or industry presence. The marketing is spotty and can be improved. Many of the products\services take too long to get developed. Cover the how and why in addition to the what.
