employees are passionate, culture is somewhat relaxed and fun, free expired snacks, not much bureaucracy because it's a 10 person startup
Cons
- upper management does not treat staff with respect - no transparency - also prepare to be forced to work from 9AM-6PM - no sense of morality when it comes to people's professional careers or personal lives. - no real HR process - upper mgmt has no real management experience or training - subscription crates are a dying bread
