You get to do interesting things

Unqualified management/ownership. No career growth. Poor training. Some really awful personalities in the senior management.

Would definitely recommend for those who are seeking opportunities into the journalism industry. The people I worked with were all very friendly and I absolutely loved the atmosphere (especially the editorial planning division). Most of the work consists of editing, but if you are a competent writer, they will give you opportunities to write as well.

Sometimes I felt as if there was not enough work for me to do. Also, I would've liked a little bit more experience writing or conducting interviews. However, if you either are pursuing a degree in journalism or have graduated with one, you will probably be granted more opportunities to actually write. Also, all internship positions are unpaid.
