Short staffed consistently, bullying manager , unskilled staff that don’t speak proper English, low level of skill and morale in general . Evil
Management placing blame on the lower level employee for their own mismanagement. Poor communication channels or no opportunity to voice concerns . Dangerous work environment with faulty and old equipment unchecked due to poor staffing . Management never leaving office - absolutely no transparency on the managements behalf- some of the residents had never even met their “ new “ manager after she had been employed for nearly a year and she had no face to face contact with staff
