Pros
The company is growing, there are coffee machines in each department, you can learn a lot about plastics, marketing, and sales. You also get the chance to go to some trade fairs abroad.
Cons
The salaries are not very good and the expected performance doesn't match the salary (they expect more than they offer). It's a Dutch company, and people will only speak English to you if it's absolutely necessary. Additionally there are not many non-Dutch speakers in the company. And even in this situation they expect you to be aware of all that happens around. The location of the company is terrible, in a tiny village that has only one train every half an hour going to a bigger city. The company is completely profit-oriented and money is the driver.
