      It has friendly environment and enjoyable woring time. It also offers reasonable package for intern. As a big coorporation, it offers opportunities in many areas

      Cons

      Company strategies are conservative. If young and love chanllenges, it is recommended to work in other sectors. Also its pay though higher in corporate sector, is far below what banking and consultancy can offer

      Pros

      Incredibly diverse range of businesses and cultures. Strong family values and highly collegiate colleagues. Exceptional professional development, especially management and leadership development.

      Cons

      Huge (almost 500,000 employees), quite old fashioned in some ways and very relationship-based. Ambiguous relationship between businesses and between them and the corporate Centre.
