Pros

-GREAT culture, the people here are wonderful. -HR does a great job, very approachable and they do a lot to add to the culture, like scheduling cookouts and such. -Wellness program is above average compared to other companies. However, Mike Jarrett owns Zephyr, why don't employees get free membership and 50% for their family, rather than 50% for the employee? That would be a real perk. -Office facilities are nice, everyone has 3 monitors at your desk and nice access to supplies. -Management is very accessible. Easy to meet people. -Aside from cell phone week, work never comes home with you. After your shift is up, you can go home and forget about this place until the next morning. -There is good room for growth within the company as new positions are created to handle the growth.

Cons

-This job is incredibly boring. After hours cell phone sucks, you're expected to answer if someone calls at 2am and get in trouble if you don't. You could be on the phone dealing with an issue for HOURS, and only get an additional $50 on your pay check. -Pay SUCKS. I started at $12.50 with a college degree. That's insulting. Everyone here is underpaid. -Employee turnover is so high because nobody can afford to live on $12 an hour. People get hired and immediately start looking for another job, and leave once they find something. This is a problem as new people are constantly needing trained, which takes full-time employees like me away from our duties. -They are so starved for employees since everyone keeps leaving, they offered us $1000 bonus AND a 2 person round trip flight to anywhere in the U.S. if we got someone hired on full-time. I am all for employee referral programs, but the fact that they have to offer something like that is pathetic. -Routing center has a major call-center feel. I thought it would be more like an office setting, but it's like a call center. Loud, sometimes when you're on the phone with a client you can hardly hear because a lot of employees stand up and talk to each other across the room. -Sales team needs to learn to say NO to bringing on new clients. New clients, new locations, new contacts are continuously added, meaning more and more work, with ZERO extra pay. I was doing significantly more when I quit than I was when I got hired, and without any increase in pay. That will drive any employee away. -I'm not sure how they keep winning "Top Place to Work" award based on employee feedback, MOST employees here are unhappy, citing pay as number one reason why. -Jarrett touts their growth as a good thing, but it's unhealthy. They aren't keeping employees, they're piling more and more work on the ones they have and pushing them closer and closer to quitting.

Pros

Great company culture. Upper management truly values familial responsibilities of employees. If a position doesn't end up being the best for for an employee, management will work to try to find the right position within the company rather than going straight to letting someone go. The owner and upper management truly seem to value employee feedback and are constantly asking what they could be doing better. Great benefits(health, 401k etc.. but also extra benefit programs to encourage healthy habits and personal enrichment. Even though the economy is tough and the industry has gone struggles, Jarrett is continuing to grow and has positioned themselves in a way that I dont feel we have to worry about layoffs or job losses.

Cons

Salary ranges and paid time off could he better. Not bad, but not "competitive"
