The entire staff at Javan is amazing. Everyone loves helping each other grow and learn. The company events are always a blast and there are tons of opportunities for bonuses and and growing in the company.

The employee discount was nice

I worked for Anita at Javan wellness for 2 years as a videographer and social media manager, cutting my rates by half the price contingent upon receiving sweat equity in the company. She promised I would receive the ownership. After all the work was said and done (took 2 years to complete) I never received the ownership. I have contracts signed by both parties and texts/emails with verbal agreements yet I was not granted the ownership.
